In yet another ‘One in a Million’ or ‘Coincidental’ event, two recently vaccinated players of the west indies cricket team have collapsed mid-match on the playing field.
We know they were vaccinated because on the 30th June the media put out the headline, ‘West Indies women’s team now fully vaccinated':
Cricket West Indies (CWI) has announced that the entire women’s team and management staff are now fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
In a social media post, CWI stated that only a few more members of the squad are due to receive their 2nd doses. – Loopnews.com
But then just a couple days later on Friday 2nd July the news came out that two of the players had collapsed on the playing field mid-match:
Two West Indies women cricketers, Chinelle Henry and Chedean Nation, collapsed on the field within a span of 10 minutes during the second T20I against Pakistan in Antigua on Friday.
In worrying scenes, Henry was the first to collapse as her colleagues rushed towards her. Quite shockingly, Nation too fell down moments later. Both the players were immediately stretchered out. – Indian Express
Just another coincidence, or is the infamous one (or should that be two) in a million who have severe adverse reactions from the jab?
The media have gone quiet to what exactly what caused both these women to collapse, but I think we all know everything but the vaccine will be blamed.
I’ll leave you to speculate and draw your own conclusions.
