Round 2 talks between Russian and Ukrainian officials began after the Kiev regime delayed them for over 24 hours on orders from Washington.
Like round one, they’re unlikely to advance things toward achieving Russia’s aims, including:
Cessation of Kiev’s aggression on Donbass permanently.
Anything remotely toward ending US-controlled Nazified rule.
Recognition of the Crimean peninsula as sovereign Russian territory.
Acceptance of the People’s Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk in Donbass as sovereign states.
An independent Ukraine, free from foreign control.
Assurance that Kiev will never seek NATO membership.
Assurance that Ukraine will not develop nukes.
Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), Sergei Naryshkin, said there’s evidence to show that Kiev is working on developing them — a development Moscow won’t tolerate.
In late February, the Zelensky regime issued a general mobilization order with continued war over resolution in mind — as ordered by the Biden regime.
The order applies to Ukrainian males aged 18 – 60.
“They’re banned from leaving to country to avoid becoming cannon fodder as proxy fighters for hegemon USA.
On Thursday, Ukraine’s so-called foreign minister Kuleba explained the futility of conflict resolution talks with Russia, saying:
The Kiev regime “will not make any concessions on matters that are of fundamental importance to us, such as Ukraine’s territorial integrity. This is ruled out.”
On orders from Washington, it’ll only focus on restoring the status quo before conflict began last week, along with establishment of humanitarian corridors.
According to Sputnik News, US Senators Marco Rubio and Chuck Grasssley introduced Russia bashing legislation, titled:
“Halting Enrichment of Russian Oligarchs and Industry Allies of Moscow’s Schemes to Leverage its Abject Villainy Abroad Act (sic).”
The above title is an acronym for HEROIAM SLAVA (Glory to the Heroes) — named for neo-Nazi thugs involved in the Obama/Biden’s 2014 coup.
Their predecessors allied with Nazi Germany against Soviet Russia, along with involvement in massacres of Jews and others targeted for elimination during WW II and events preceding it.
Separately, Sergey Lavrov believes that darkness precedes dawn, that the worst of times now can be resolved ahead because Russia’s demands are minimal.
There’s reason for concern at the same time.
On Wednesday, “the Ukrainian team found some pretext to postpone (round 2) negotiations.”
“Surely they are receiving instructions from Washington.”
“There is no doubt about it. This country is absolutely not independent.”
The US-dominated West doesn’t give a hoot about Ukraine’s security or rights and welfare of its people.
It’s “only…interested in…demoniz(ing) Russia” and threatening its security.
A far greater threat is “talk about nuclear war.”
“(L)ook very carefully at statements that were made and (officials) who made them.”
Lavrov referred to US installed puppets in Brussels (Stoltenberg) and Kiev (Zelensky) — two farcical figures rolled out on demand to recite pre-scripted Russia bashing lines by their higher power in Washington.
Nuclear war saber-rattling is “from Western politicians” and their satraps, not from Moscow.
The US-dominated West hears Russian concerns without taking them seriously.
“(C)ountries that banned their companies from working in Russia did so under enormous pressure” from Washington.
“They are now saying: we must suffer just to ‘teach Russia a lesson.’ ”
While saying it’s premature to assess Russia’s liberating campaign after a few days, its goals are unchanged as explained above.
Neutralizing the scourge of Nazi-infested Ukraine is crucial.
Extremist thugs and goons masquerading as military forces are mass “murderers,” Lavrov stressed.
Put nothing past them no matter how monstrous and despicable.
“There is a lot of information about what kind of provocations are being prepared, including in Mariupol and other territories where Ukrainians are now trying to use citizens as human shields.”
Separately, the US-dominated West is going all-out to block truth and full disclosure about reality on the ground in Ukraine.
Notably about war crimes committed by Ukrainian forces, especially by “neo-Nazi battalions towards civilians.”
On Thursday, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman General Igor Konashenko said the following:
“(N)one of the mercenaries the West is sending to Ukraine to fight for the nationalist regime in Kiev can be considered as combatants in accordance with international humanitarian law or enjoy the status of prisoners of war” — nor should they.
They’ll “be prosecuted as criminals.”
“We are urging all foreign citizens who may have plans to go and fight for Kiev’s nationalist regime to think a dozen times before getting on the way.”
