This week Barbara and Ken Cromar faced a Jury Trial charged with living in their own home, yet continued to be abused by what appeared to be a very corrupt court system.

Even though they had been cleared by a Federal Tax Court of owing any money to the IRS, their home had been seized and all possessions thrown in a dumpster. They now lived in the basement of a generous 84 year-old woman, unable to live in the home they still held title to while facing trial and possible 15 year prison sentence for attempting to live in their own home which they owned. More recently they have been denied the right to file court documents, nor call witnesses for their defense.

  • With a pending trial beginning on Monday that had the possibility of putting them in jail for 15 years, on Friday 24 June they filed an Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus with the Clerk of the Court in the American Fork Utah Fourth Judicial Court, who sent the Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus to the Fourth District Court in Provo Utah at approximately 4:30 pm on Friday June 24, 2022.
  • On Monday June 27, 2022 Judge Christine Johnson said, “I have not received the Habeas Corpus, but I have been in Contact with Presiding Judge (Kraig J. Powell Associate Presiding Judge) who has been in contact with General Counsel of the AMC and I have been told to go forward with the trial.”
  • The complaints then filed an Emergency Application for Injunctive Relief and Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus with the Utah Court of Appeals on June 29, 2022 and Notice was sent to Judge Christine Johnson on the same date.
  • On June 30, 2022, Judge Johnson declared that the Petition for Extraordinary Writ was VOID because the filing fee had not been paid. However, the filing fees had, in fact, been paid by way of two (2) credit card $375.00 transactions on June 30, 2022 and evidence of those payments were submitted to the Fourth District Court in Provo Utah at 9:56 am.
  • TWICE NOW, Judge Christine Johnson has unlawfully and wrongfully refused to allow Writ of Habeas Corpus. Barbara and Ken Cromar remained the actual victims of numerous injustices, which injustice may be better addressed by the Prosecutor in filing charges for misprision of felony and possible RICO violations against a web of government bad actors estimated at just over 200, all who have violated their oath of office, “followed orders” and played their part to facilitate now proven fatal errors discovered within fifteen cases.
  • Throughout their going on five year fight against the IRS Goliath they have twice been evicted from their home (that they own and still held title to) by armed SWAT Teams. They have been arrested without a warrant and without being read their Miranda Rights, plus were ordered bail without them present in the bail hearing. They have been denied due process, court hearings, the ability to file documents in their defense and the right to call witnesses in their case. Virtually all of Barbie & Ken’s earthly possessions including Ken’s professional filmmaking and editing equipment, were stolen from their home and “discarded” in some unknown landfill, reportedly in “at least 7 large dumpsters”, depriving the Cromar’s of their “papers and effects” in violation of the Fourth Amendment, and their ability to make a living without all of his tools of his trade.
  • The Sixth Amendment to the Constitution reads: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
  • Almost five years ago a weapon-ization of the powerful IRS machinery was launched against the Cromars. The original charges appeared to come from their political enemies from Ken’s years on the Cedar Hills City Council. Ken had led groups of Cedar Hills neighbors to research, GRAMA request public records and eventually exposed entrenched corruption surrounding misuse of taxpayer money, particularly with the ongoing failed Cedar Hills Golf Course.  www.CedarHillsCitizens.org
  • After the exposures of politicians fraudulently taking taxpayer monies, suddenly the Cromars got hit with a huge tax bill, which they refuted.
  • The Cromars’ then filed suit against the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, resulting in his admission that the IRS had no legitimate claim (as required and lawfully signed in Notices of Deficiency and Notices of Determination) over the Defendants Cromar from 1990 through 2020 (31-years straight). The Cromars pressed for “Dismissal for lack of jurisdiction,” which was granted.
  • The Cromar’s legal fees were in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.   • The most important issue is the complete destruction of the Cabal’s power structure and system in its entirety. All this could have been accomplished at the 2020 election, but they made the decision that catching all the bad guys was more significant. They were aware that much hardship lay ahead for the American people. But it had to be done in order that it would never occur again. The trap had to be set. We have only seen a small portion of what has been taking place. 
  • The depth of corruption in the 2020 election fraud was bad in Arizona, but much worse in the other states. We really have not yet seen its full scope. But worse than the fraud itself is the power structure behind that fraud.
  • Phil named the three things of importance: 1. EO 13848; 2. The Insurrection Act; 3. the 14th Amendment.
  • In Frankfort, Germany the main servers of the 2020 Election count (Scytl) were taken by the Army in a firefight with the corrupt CIA and Gina Haspel, the Director at that time who was most likely killed; she has not been seen or heard from since.
  • A Q post tonight was “toilet tissue.” In Gematria it means “The Calm before the Storm,” “There’s a Storm Coming,” “Economy Big Crash,” and “Heart Attack Coming Soon.” I have read some new reporting that this Friday we could see a major crash in the stock market.
  • The growth of Q Movement cannot be denied, and this is what greatly concerns the Deep State. They have finally been outflanked.

Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton. As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation.  Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors.
