US/Western Imperial Arrogance on Parade
On Monday, Vladimir Putin said the following:
Hegemon USA-dominated Western regimes targeted “Russian metal and steel manufacturers,” prohibiting them from purchasing “components for the production…of bars, rolled metal and steel sheets.”
Much the same policy applies to Russia’s energy and other sectors.
US/Western sanctions war on Russia “decrease(s) the well-being and quality of life of ordinary people, primarily in Europe,” Putin stressed.
The politicized actions flagrantly breach World Trade Organization principles.
“(R)estrictions on the operations of Russian metal and steel manufacturers are a clear act of unfair competition.”
They’re “attempts by Western (regimes) to restrain Russian businesses as leaders in world metallurgy and redistribute the markets, of course, in their favor.”
In stark contrast to their illegal operations, “Russia will always be a reliable and responsible supplier of metallurgical products to foreign customers and partners regardless of any current political troubles.”
“We will also be reliable partners to those who are looking for beneficial, predictable business cooperation, but we will not act against our own best interests in relations with those who have adopted (a hostile) stance towards us.”
“This applies not only to the metal market, but also to our other exports,” Putin stressed.
Russia will continue complying with the rule of law — while defending its sovereignty against US/Western proxy hot and sanctions war.
Europe is notably self-inflicting harm by going along with hegemon USA’s wrecking ball agenda.
Separately on Monday, interventionist Blinken — a serial liar caught red-handed time and again — falsely accused Russian forces of using Ukraine’s Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant as a “military base (sic),” saying:
“(W)e’re deeply concerned (sic) about the fact that Russia has taken over nuclear facilities in Ukraine, particularly in Zaporozhye (sic).”
“There are credible reports (sic), including in the media today (sic), that Russia is using this plant as the equivalent of a human shield (sic), but a nuclear shield (by) firing on Ukrainians from around the plant (sic).”
They “cannot (sic) and will not fire back (sic), lest there be a terrible accident involving a nuclear plant.”
Reinventing reality on the ground, Blinken compounded his bald-faced Big Lies by falsely accusing Russia of engaging “the height of irresponsibility (sic).”
The Russian Federation responded to his litany of bald-faced Big Lies as follows, saying:
“We strongly reject (his fabricated) allegations.”
Russian forces are protecting Zaporozhye from attempts by Ukrainian Nazis to spread radiation over a wide area by launching “kamikaze drone” strikes on the facility.
“There are no (Russian) armed formations at the Zaporozhye NPP, except for a limited number of military servicemen, that is required to ensure safety and security at the power plant.”
In stark contrast, Ukrainian (Nazis) used (US/Western-supplied) “UAVs (to try) sabotaging…normal (plant) operations, frightening its personnel, undermining security of the power plant, and ultimately, creating a threat of a nuclear disaster.”
“We specifically raised this issue at a Security Council meeting on 29 July 2022.”
“Kiev has full (US/Western) support” for its diabolical aim to irradiate the area and beyond.
Separately in his fabricated Monday remarks, Blinken pretended that hegemon USA is willing to negotiate a new arms control agreement to replace New START after its 2026 expiration.
Moscow’s UN mission explained that the Biden regime unilaterally renounced strategic stability dialogue with Russia in response to its liberating SMO, adding:
The empire of lies and forever wars on invented enemies chose this course of action in defiance of “lay(ing) the groundwork for future arms control and risk reduction measures.”
Along with countless other examples, its actions — or lack thereof — on nuclear arms control make clear that US ruling regimes can never be trusted.
They’re hellbent for global insecurity over the other way around — for perpetual wars on invented enemies instead of peace, stability and cooperative relations with other countries.
Diabolical US actions domestically and worldwide reflect how the scourge of its imperial arrogance operates — an unparalleled threat to everyone everywhere.
Make no mistake.
If global war erupts in Europe and/or the Asia/Pacific or Middle East, it’ll be made-in-the-USA.
A Final Comment
Besides risking direct confrontation with Russia and China, the Biden regime upped the stakes against Iran by escalating sanctions war.
Targeting legitimate Islamic Republic oil and petrochemical exports, the US Treasury illegally sanctioned four Chinese companies, one in the UAE and another in Singapore.
Along with unlawfully freezing their US-based assets, if any exist, the Biden regime prohibits US firms and others worldwide from dealing with newly sanctioned companies — or risk being sanctioned themselves if engage in legitimate trade with enterprises that the empire of lies blacklisted.
In response to the latest US affront to the rule of law, Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman, Nasser Kana’ani, said the following:
The Biden regime continues its predecessor’s failed “maximum pressure policy” on Iran.
The Islamic Republic “will react firmly and immediately to” its latest effrontery.
“Tehran will then take any required measure to neutralize the potential impacts of such sanctions on its (legitimate) trade and economy.”
Since usurping power by brazen election rigging and taking over the White House and Congress in January 2021, dominant Biden regime hardliners escalated US war on humanity at home and abroad.
Despite vowing returned compliance with the landmark JCPOA agreement, the illegitimate Biden regime clearly showed its contempt for what it has no intention of observing — by making unacceptable demands for Iran to reject, not accept.
The prospect of going another way ahead is virtually nil.
Since early April 2021, Iran negotiated directly with Britain, France and Germany, indirectly with the empire of lies, to bring them back into compliance with their JCPOA obligations, as mandated by SC Res. 2231.
Good faith Iranian diplomacy with the West wasn’t good enough because their ruling regimes don’t negotiate.
They make unacceptable one-sided demands, what no responsible ruling authorities would accept — nor should they.
