US Political Meddling is Very Real, Spans the Globe

US Political Meddling in the World
US Political Meddling in the World

The United States has spent over a year now leveling accusations against the Russian Federation regarding alleged political meddling during the 2016 US elections. While accusations range from everything including “fake news” spread across the Internet to direct ties to the administration of US President Donald Trump used to assist him into power, no evidence has yet to surface to prove Russia has meddled at all in America’s internal political affairs.

And while Russia certainly possesses a large and growing presence across the international media, concerted attacks against this presence stems more from the fact that decades of uncontested control over global public opinion by the US and Europe is now shifting toward a multipolar balance of power in information space.

In stark contrast to the whispers of shadows cited by the US and Europe regarding Russia, to begin understanding the scope of US political meddling abroad, one needs only to visit the US State Department and corporate-funded National Endowment for Democracy’s (NED) own website.

Industrial-Scale Meddling

US meddling is so extensive that NED is broken into multiple subsidiaries (National Democratic Institute (NDI), International Republican Institute (IRI) and Freedom House) which in turn, are joined by parallel organizations such as George Soros’ Open Society Foundation, USAID, the UK’s DFID and many more.

The NED website is broken into several regions including:

Central and Eastern Europe;
Latin America and Caribbean and;
Middle East and Northern Africa.

Bravo, Trump! His Spur Of The Moment “Yes” Unmasked 68 Years Of Washington Duplicity

By David Stockman.

March 13, 2018 “Information Clearing House” -They say that even a blind squirrel occasionally finds an acorn, and by our lights the Donald just proved that in spades with his spur of the moment acceptance of Kim Jong Un’s proposal for a summit meeting. It is no exaggeration to say that the shock of it nearly sent Imperial Washington into cardiac arrest—- as was surely attested to by the storm of censorious harrumphing that poured out of the mainstream media over the weekend.

The gravamen of all this high-toned blather is that Trump made the decision all on his own without asking his advisors—mainly a bevy of failed generals and recycled Washington war hawks—for their opinion. And that’s to say nothing of not grinding it through the NSC’s interagency paper mill for months on end or a prolonged ordeal of pre-summit diplomatic ping-pong about the shape of the table.

That prospective absence of bureaucratic foreplay was all that the Trump-o-phobic New York Times needed to belittle the most hopeful breakthrough for peace in years, if not decades, as just another case of Trump’s impetuosity and unfitness for office.

After noting that Mr. Chung, the South Korean envoy, had taken pains to “open with flattery, which diplomats have discovered is a key to approaching the volatile American leader”, the Times wasted no ink before slamming the Donald’s purportedly rash decision:

Mr. Trump accepted on the spot, stunning not only Mr. Chung and the other high-level South Koreans who were with him, but also the phalanx of American officials who were gathered in the Oval Office.

Mr. Trump brushed them off (generals Mattis and McMaster). I get it, I get it, he said.

Where others see flashing yellow lights and slow down, Mr. Trump speeds up. And just like that, in the course of 45 minutes in the Oval Office, Mr. Trump threw aside caution and dispensed with decades of convention to embark on a daring, high-wire diplomatic gambit aimed at resolving one of the world’s most intractable standoffs.

The two bolded words capture the essence of the matter because there is nothing at all intractable about the Korean problem. It was born, bred and perpetuated in Washington all along, and could be unmade with alacrity in the same corridors of Imperial power.

[101] CIA Veteran Admits Deep State Is Very Real Video Report preface/commentary by Ralph Ely | TLB Editor-at-large Just a few words about the following video from the show “Redacted Tonight” with host Lee Camp and his guest former CIA operative Ray McGovern.

If you have never seen Redacted Tonight, you will find its presentation peppered with mild comedy and down to earth analogies when addressing any subject at hand. Show host Lee Camp keeps things moving right along, so there is no danger of boredom setting in. Some may find it a bit unsettling that the shows format tends to “lean to the left.” We find that easy to overlook for the most part, due to the fact a large part of the information presented is true and you sure as hell are not going to get it from U.S. Main Stream Media  Down Stream Media.

Guest Ray McGovern, formally with the CIA, and a founding member of Veterans Intelligence Professionals For Sanity (VIPS), does an excellent one-on-one with Camp in what is billed as a 101 lesson about the reality of  Deep State.

McGovern and his group VIPS (members listed below video) also lean a bit heavy to the left. They are anti-war, pro liberty and freedom, but at the same time some of their founders and member groups are pro-United Nations. We find it strange they would support the UN when it’s programs are designed to help the 1% Elite administer a One World Government.

In this video McGovern states that Trump should have been impeached early on because of his shallow understanding of how politics and ‘the real world’ work. McGovern seems to be saying Trump’s ‘cookie cutter’ method of buying, building and selling will not work in government as it works in the business world.

McGovern appears to be struggling with the fact that Trump does think and do “outside the box.” (You just don’t do that in Government.) IsMcGovern suffering from a Deep State Hangover from ‘the old days’?

There you have it… a few things we have sorted through so you can set back, watch and devour the meat of the subject without having to jump up and distract yourself by shouting WTF?
