SCOTUS: California Must Allow In-Home Religious Gatherings

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in a 5-4 decision late Friday that California must lift its coronavirus pandemic restrictions on in-home religious gatherings and prayer meetings. The petitioners are a pastor and group of worshipers who hold services in their home because of coronavirus restrictions. They asked for an injunction reversing the lower federal courts and blocking California Gov. Gavin Newsom while this case is on appeal. Earlier in 2020, faith leaders protested Newsom’s lockdowns on indoor worship. Later in the year, Newsom ignored a Supreme Court order and doubled down on his lockdowns regarding indoor religious gatherings. The lower courts, including the Ninth Circuit, ruled against these home-church worshipers. According to the court majority, this is “the fifth time the Court has summarily rejected the Ninth Circuit’s analysis of California’s coronavirus restrictions on religious exercise.” In an order from the court, the five conservative justices on the court voted to grant the injunction. Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the three liberals on the court to deny the injunction sought by the church. In this opinion, no single justice is credited as the author, so it is a per curiam opinion. The court majority explained its ruling under

VIDEO: Man Saves Elderly Woman During Alleged Assault, Carjacking in San Francisco

A man rushed over to save a 75-year-old woman who was allegedly attacked during an apparent carjacking recently at a Safeway in San Francisco. “I could barely sleep that night!” said the man who asked not to be identified. Video footage a witness took showed the man walking out of the store at about 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, ABC 7 reported. “I’m walking across the parking lot and I see this old woman getting dragged across by her head, and these girls are punching her. They’re kicking her; they’re stomping on her,” he recalled. Police said the elderly woman was walking back to her car when three women allegedly attacked her, took her keys, purse, and tried to carjack the vehicle. That was when the young man took action and ran over to help. “Honestly, I’m still trying to figure out why I did this… but I just punched through the back window and it was loud enough and kind of scary enough to freak them out,” he explained. The video footage showed the suspects get out of the car and run away from the scene. The man then went over to comfort the elderly woman. A witness described the

Cancer Survivor Story: Rebecca

By Ty & Charlene BollingerJuly 23, 2020 Rebecca is a loving mother from Nigeria, and she received her diagnosis of invasive carcinoma of the breast in 2001. We would like you to join us as she recants her 19-year long healing journey with us. Coming from Nigeria, Rebecca did not have access to the best medical resources, so she essentially kept her body and mind open to any medical possibilities or procedures that her doctors suggested. Since Rebecca is a devoted Christian, she prayed and reflected heavily. She started to have dreams where doctors or God would send her messages. At the time, she felt that they were random, but her strong faith drove her to listen to these messages. Whether it was to stop eating chicken or to eat more salad, she obeyed. She obeyed, and she found her health starts to flourish again, and signs of remissions were nowhere in sight. During her healing journey, Rebecca came across Dr. Llorente, a doctor in California that refused a mastectomy and was preaching about how she cured herself of breast cancer. Rebecca began to follow in Dr. Llorente’s footsteps by eliminating all prescription and over-the-counter drugs. She even

Geoengineering Watch Global Alert News, July 4, 2020, #256

July 4, 2020

The 4th of July under lockdown, how many would have even imagined such a possibility only 6 months ago? Many are now compelled to try and become more self-sufficient, but how are we to grow our own food with environmental conditions becoming rapidly more harsh? Earth’s fisheries are also collapsing, further undermining the global food supply chain. Is there any light at the end of the tunnel? The latest installment of Global Alert News is below.

Could an awakening of public consciousness occur in time to make a difference? However distant a possibility this may seem, reaching a critical mass of public awareness is the only way forward in regard to the converging challenges we collectively face. All are needed in the critical battle to wake populations to what is coming, we must make every day count. Share credible data from a credible source, make your voice heard.DW
The intense heat and UV radiation has taken a massive toll on our Northern California fruit trees. Below is what is left of one of our peach trees. No amount of watering makes any difference.

A scorched and now dead Afghan Mulberry tree is being replaced by a more heat tolerant fig tree.

Our apricot tree has not produced edible fruit for the last three years. Though it bloomed and fruited this year, late spring weather whiplash engineered cool-downs decimated this tree along with the UV radiation damage.

This week’s GeoengineeringWatch.org outreach booth is at the Mountain America Exposition Center, Salt Lake City, Utah, and is shown below. My most sincere and continuing gratitude to the Gem Faire exhibition organizers for facilitating and setting up this very effective booth in every week’s Gem Faire location. The schedule for upcoming Gem Faire events is HERE. A geoengineeringwatch.org booth will be at all events, thanks to the steadfast support of Gem Faire.

For those that have not yet seen our recent post on “The Dimming”, it is a groundbreaking documentary that is currently in production. This documentary film will provide answers and proof of the ongoing climate engineering / weather warfare operations. Below is a 4+ minute trailer on the upcoming film.
