Meghan Gives Birth to Daughter Named 'Lilibet Diana'

(AFP) — Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced Sunday the birth of their daughter Lilibet Diana, who was born in California after a year of turmoil in Britain’s royal family. “Lili is named after her great-grandmother, Her Majesty The Queen, whose family nickname is Lilibet. Her middle name, Diana, was chosen to honour her beloved late grandmother, The Princess of Wales,” said a statement from the couple. The child — the couple’s second, who will be eighth in line to the British throne — was born Friday in Santa Barbara and was now out of the hospital and at home. “She weighed 7 lbs 11 oz. Both mother and child are healthy and well, and settling in at home,” the statement said. ‘You Can Keep Them!’ — Meghan and Harry are America’s Problem Now, Says Nigel Farage https://t.co/ghMpasZ1AH — Breitbart London (@BreitbartLondon) May 26, 2021 The couple, also known as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, live near Los Angeles following their decision to quit frontline royal duties early last year. CNN Host W. Kamau Bell Downplays Antifa Violence: 'People Get Hurt, Property Gets Damaged'

Antifa violence accounts for millions in property damage and during a segment of his CNN show United Shades of America, standup comedian and CNN host W. Kamau Bell downplayed the radical left-wing group’s anarchic criminality. Bell dismissed the violent tactics routinely used by the radical organization and concluded that sometimes “people get hurt, property gets damaged, and things get confusing.” Bell, who has hosted the series since 2016, said white Americans dealt with “complicated feelings about the police for the first time” last year. “The right-wing saw that, and they did what they do: They pulled a bait-and-switch, and returned to an old boogeyman: Antifa,” he said, mentioning images of individuals “clad in black fighting in the streets” and concluding it to be “an easy idea to sell to people who say things like, ‘Blue Lives Matter.’” “Ain’t nobody blue,” Bell said as he continued to downplay Antifa’s violence. “‘Antifa’ is short for anti-fascist,” he explained. “Look, this fighting for democracy and against fascism thing has always been a messy business. And, yes, people get hurt, property gets damaged, and things get confusing,” Bell said,

Alyssa Milano Says Celebrities Can Help End the Pandemic by Reaching People in Ways Dr. Fauci Can't

Last year, Milano claimed she tested positive for coronavirus antibodies despite testing negative three times before. She said her symptoms included difficulty breathing, loss of smell, and bad headaches. Her effort to “reach people” comes just months after the gun control activist and defund the police supporter repeatedly smeared the millions of Americans who support Donald Trump as racists. Milano also spoke about her recent role as an ambassador for UNICEF USA. “To be very honest, they asked. I’ve always been someone who cares about the world and the challenges people face, and I’ve considered myself an activist since I was a teenager,” she said. Alyssa Milano rose to political prominence during Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court hearings, where she took a front row seat and voiced her support for Christine Blasey Ford, who accused the future Supreme Court justice of sexually assaulting her decades ago. Milano didn’t support Tara Reade in her accusations against then-presidential candidate Joe Biden. Reade accused Biden of sexually assaulting her three decades ago. Milano was one of Biden’s biggest celebrity endorsers, frequently promoting the candidate throughout the election process. Actress Rose McGowan has repeatedly hit out against her former Charmed co-star, describing Milano as a “lie” and a

ABC Drama 'Station 19': 'We Live in a Culture Built On White Supremacy, So the Racism Is Baked In'

The ABC firehouse drama Station 19 proclaimed that “racism is baked” into the culture of America and “being black in America is a life-threatening condition,” in a recent episode that aired just as the verdict in the Derek Chauvin case was still filtering through America. The line came in the April 22 episode, entitled “Get Up, Stand Up,” in which a grief counselor was called in to push left-wing critical race theories on the firehouse employees in the wake of the death of George Floyd. In the episode set in June of 2020, Captain Maya Bishop (Danielle Savre) called former firefighter Dr. Diane Lewis (Tracie Thoms) to help the station deal with Floyd’s death. The episode went on to show the firemen sharing their deep feelings about race relations in America. At one point, Dr. Ben Warren (Jason George) admitted that he yelled at a police officer even though he has advised his own children never to shout at an officer. He also said that it was dangerous to be a black man in America and that being black is life threatening. “I’m exhausted by navigating in a world that sees me and my kids as a threat,” he said.

Nolte: What Should’ve Won the Best Picture Oscar – 1927 to 1930

With the Academy Awards coming up — Aren’t you excited!?! I’m not. — this seemed like a good time to look back at all the mistakes the Academy has made since it first starting doling out Best Picture Oscars — starting all the way back in 1927. This first part will cover 1927 through 1930. Then we will take it a decade at a time, and hopefully be done before this year’s Oscar telecast, whenever that is, who cares. Let’s begin… 1927/1928 Did win: Wings Saw this silent film once. That was enough. It’s pretty obvious why it won Best Picture. Technically Wings is still impressive, the overall editing and most especially the flying scenes. William Wellman, who would go on to direct for another 31 years, always knew his way around a camera. The problem is that the drama is a bit stiff and the runtime (111 minutes) feels 20 minutes too long. Hugely expensive for its time (a $2 million budget), the money is up there on the screen, but the overall melodrama is pretty forgettable. Should’ve won:  Sunrise German director F.W. Murnau’s silent drama about a man (George O’Brien) driven

Bono to Star in Animated Series on Coronavirus Vaccine Importance

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Bono, Penélope Cruz and David Oyelowo will lend their voices in an animated series to raise awareness about the importance of global vaccine access. The ONE Campaign announced Wednesday the new series called “Pandemica,” which will launch Thursday. The series was created to bring attention to global vaccine access in an effort to end the COVID-19 pandemic. The seven-episode series will feature characters voiced by Kumail Nanjiani, Danai Gurira, Michael Sheen, Phoebe Robinson and Wanda Sykes. The first episode will include Nanjiani, Robinson and Meg Donnelly. “Pandemica’s animated world animates a simple truth — that where you live shouldn’t determine whether you get these life-saving shots,” said Bono, U2′s lead singer and co-founder of ONE, an organization focused on global health and anti-poverty. The series is part of ONE’s ONE World Campaign, which calls for a global response to the COVID-19 pandemic. “Even while many of us still wait our turn, we need to commit to making sure that billions of people around the world aren’t left at the back of the line,” he continued. “It’s the right thing to do, obviously, but it’s also the only way out of this pandemic for all of us.

Johnny Depp Loses Bid to Overturn UK Court Ruling That He Beat Amber Heard

LONDON (AP) — A British court on Thursday refused Johnny Depp permission to appeal a judge’s ruling that he assaulted ex-wife Amber Heard, saying his attempt to overturn the decision had “no real prospect of success.” Two Court of Appeal judges said the Hollywood star cannot challenge the High Court’s rejection of his libel lawsuit against publisher of The Sun newspaper for labeling him a “wife beater” in an article. The justices, James Dingemans and Nicholas Underhill, said the earlier court hearing was “full and fair” and the trial judge’s conclusions “have not been shown even arguably to be vitiated by any error of approach or mistake of law.” They concluded that “the appeal has no real prospect of success and that there is no other compelling reason for it to be heard.” High Court Justice Andrew Nicol ruled in November that allegations against Depp, made in a April 2018 article, were “substantially true.” The judge ruled that Depp, 57, assaulted Heard, 34, on a dozen occasions and put her in fear for her life three times. Lawyers for Depp argued at a court hearing last week that Depp hadn’t received a fair hearing and that Heard

Meghan Laments She 'Didn’t Want to Be Alive Anymore' After Joining the Royal Family

Meghan Markle used her U.S. television interview with Oprah Winfrey on Sunday night to lay out her feelings of isolation and loneliness that came with marrying into the British royal family. While Winfrey sat in silence, Meghan made clear the option of taking her own life was a possibility as the reality of her marriage to Prince Harry set in. “I just didn’t want to be alive anymore. And that was very clear and real and frightening,”Meghan said on the suicidal thoughts she had after joining the royals. Watch below:  [embed]https://youtube.com/watch?v=jOT7acfyQd4&feature=oembed[/embed] At various times in the interview, Winfrey ran through headlines about Meghan and at one point asked about the mental health impact. Meghan responded by saying she experienced suicidal thoughts and had sought help through the palace’s human resources department, alleging they said there was nothing they could do. “I was really ashamed to say it at the time and a shame to have to admit it to Harry, especially because I know how much loss he suffered,” she said. “But I knew that if I didn’t say it that I would do it. And I just didn’t, I just didn’t want to be alive anymore.” Harry

Police Report: Bruce Springsteen 'Smelt Strongly of Alcohol,' Refused Breathalyzer Before DWI Arrest

Bruce Springsteen reportedly smelt “strongly of alcohol” and refused a breathalyzer test prior to his drunk driving arrest in November. The rocker was seen downing shots of tequila and preparing to take off on his motorcycle before authorities stopped him. The new details of Springsteen’s arrest have emerged a day after Jeep indefinitely suspended its Super Bowl ad campaign that featured the “Glory Days” singer. The automaker pulled the commercial from YouTube and other platforms following the embarrassing revelation that its new pitchman is facing DWI charges. Jeep debuted the commercial on Sunday during the Super Bowl LV broadcast. Millions more saw the video online in the three days before the singer’s November arrest was revealed on Wednesday. The singer is facing charges of DWI, reckless driving, and consuming alcohol in a closed area. Screenshot via The New York Post On November 14, Springsteen was spotted by a New Jersey cop taking a shot of Patron Tequila, hopping on his motorcycle, and starting the engine, according to police reports obtained by TMZ and the New York Post. A police officer reportedly said he informed Springsteen that drinking was prohibited in that area of Sandy Hook, New Jersey. He also observed

Andy Samberg Tells Academy Members Opposed to Diversity Quotas to 'F**k Off'

Brooklyn Nine-Nine star Andy Samberg says those who are concerned or outright opposed to the new diversity standards and quota system recently imposed by the Academy Awards can “fuck off.” “The parameters if you look at them closely… you can have the ‘whitest’ cast in the history of cinema and still very easily meet them by just doing a few key roles behind the camera,” the Saturday Night Live alum said in an appearance on Variety‘s Awards Circuit podcast. “People who have problems with it can fuck off.” The 42-year-old added that actors and filmmakers should not primarily be concerned with winning awards but instead making the most of working to create “high art.” “I believe in comedy and I believe it can be, and is a high art form. You don’t make comedy to get nominated for stuff,” he said. “I don’t do this to get nominated for stuff and I feel good when I do it. You either kill it and you’re Jim Carrey in Eternal Sunshine or Robin Williams in Good Will Hunting or your other examples.” As explained by Breitbart back in September, under the new diversity standards, scheduled to take effect in 2024, filmmakers must meet various quotas on

Hungarians on 'Soros Puppet' George Clooney: 'Imbecile' Who Couldn't Find Their Country on Map

Hungarian politicians and conservative journalists slammed George Clooney as an “imbecile” who could not find their country on a map after he suggested the country’s prime minister spreads “anger and hate”, according to reports. Speaking ahead of the release of a new post-apocalyptic film on Netflix, Clooney, 59, had said that “We weren’t in the middle of a pandemic when [making the film], but there were still all these other elements, these elements of how much hate and anger all of us are experiencing in this moment of history, all over the world,” adding: “Go to [President Jair] Bolsonaro in Brazil, or [Prime Minister Viktor] Orbán in Hungary. Look around: lots of anger and hate. [The film] takes place in 2049. If you played it out this could very well be what our reality is if that kind of hate is allowed to fester.” The remarks were poorly received in Hungary, where Orbán’s anti-mass migration and multiculturalism Fidesz party enjoys huge public support, with Hungarian politicians branding the actor an “imbecile” and, according to The Times, suggesting he “could not find Hungary on a map, even with technological help.” Hungarian Prime Minister: ‘Soros Is One of the Most Corrupt People in the World’

Hollywood Celebrities Throw Tantrum After Trump Pardons Michael Flynn: 'Criminal Pardons the Traitor'

Left-wing Hollywood celebrities threw a temper tantrum after President Donald Trump pardoned Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn (Ret.), the day before Thanksgiving. The stars accused the commander in chief of being a “thug and a crook,” and putting Russia first. On Wednesday, President Trump announced that Flynn is receiving a full pardon. “It is my Great Honor to announce that General Michael T. Flynn has been granted a Full Pardon. Congratulations to @GenFlynn and his wonderful family, I know you will now have a truly fantastic Thanksgiving!” The White House said that Flynn shouldn’t need to be pardoned because he was the innocent target of a partisan attack. “The President has pardoned General Flynn because he should never have been prosecuted,” press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said in a statement. “An independent review of General Flynn’s case by the Department of Justice—conducted by respected career professionals—supports this conclusion. In fact, the Department of Justice has firmly concluded that the charges against General Flynn should be dropped. This Full Pardon achieves that objective, finally bringing to an end the relentless, partisan pursuit of an innocent man.” In response, Flynn tweeted “Jeremiah 1:19” that says: “And they shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee; for

The MTV Entertainment Group is teaming up with social justice groups, from Color of Change to GLAAD, to launch a “diversity, equity, and inclusion” (DE&I) orientation initiative that will construct new “baseline cultural norms” across Viacom CBS’ brands. The employee-led initiative — which is being branded “Culture Code” — is in partnership with social justice groups such as The Museum of Tolerance, Anti-Defamation League, The Jed Foundation, MPAC, RAINN, RespectAbility and Storyline Partners, according to a report by Deadline. Mark Levin Blasts 'The Rock' for Claiming to Be a 'Centrist' in Biden Endorsement

Over the weekend, action star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson — who calls himself a “political centrist” — endorsed Democrat Joe Biden and his far-left VP candidate, Kamala Harris, for the 2020 elections. The announcement spurred radio talk show giant Mark Levin to slam “The Rock” for abandoning his supposed centrism. The Rock posted a fawning remote video “interview” with Biden and Harris that many said made a mockery of his self-professed “centrist ideologies,” as he says of himself in the video. As a political independent & centrist, I’ve voted for both parties in the past. In this critical presidential election, I’m endorsing @JoeBiden & @KamalaHarris. Levin slammed Johnson for abandoning his “centrism.” “By the way, to show you what a clown ‘the Rock’ truly is, he says he’s a centrist and Independent, yet he’s effusive in his support for Kamala Harris, who’s the most leftwing senator in the Senate (left of Sanders!), and was
