The drone was named after Mohamed Zouari, a Tunisian Aerospace engineer and the mastermind behind al-Qassam drone program. Zouari was the developer of the Ababeel1, the first reconnaissance, armed drone to be made in Gaza by the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades. The engineer was assassinated on December 15, 2016 in Tunisia’s Sfax when he was shot dead in a drive-by shooting operation generally attributed to the Israeli Mossad. Soros-funded Climate Change Activist Group 'Sunrise Movement' Backs Palestinians Against Israel

The left-wing climate change activist group known as the Sunrise Movement tweeted its support for the Palestinians against Israel on Tuesday, as hundreds of rockets fired by Palestinian terrorists rained down on Israel’s major cities. The well-funded group, backed in part by left-wing billionaire George Soros, said nothing about Palestinian terror attacks on Israeli civilians, mob violence against Jews in Israel, or environmental damage caused by fires set by Palestinian incendiary balloons. Instead, the Sunrise Movement tweeted a thread declaring its “solidarity with Palestinians,” adding: “Climate justice cannot exist without collective liberation, and collective liberation is only reached when people are freed from colonial and imperial violence worldwide.” We’re in solidarity with Palestinians. Iran's Khamenei Calls on Muslims to Keep Fighting 'Terrorist Garrison' Israel

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei called on the Muslim world Friday to keep fighting Israel, declaring the Jewish state a “terrorist garrison” which must be eliminated. “The fight against this despotic regime is the fight against oppression and the fight against terrorism. And this is a public duty to fight against this regime,” Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said in a speech, as reported by the official IRNA news wire. He delivered the damning address on Iran’s annual Quds Day, which uses the Arabic name for Jerusalem, which features annual calls for the death of Israel and its ally America. The day is generally seen as the legacy of the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini, who officially declared the last Friday of the month of Ramadan as International Quds Day in 1979. Iranians carry placards as they take part in a rally marking al-Quds Day (Jerusalem) day, at the capital Tehran’s Azadi (Freedom) square, on May 7, 2021. Republicans Question John Kerry's Reported 'Catastrophic and Disqualifying Recklessness' over Leaked Audiotape with Iranian Foreign Minister

“You don’t want your climate envoy undermining your closest ally in the region,” added Sen. Todd Young (R-IN). “Hopefully he’ll be explaining himself soon.”“It’s unfathomable that any U.S. diplomat, past or present, would leak intelligence to the world’s leading sponsors of terrorism at the expense of one of our staunchest allies,” exclaimed Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-WI). Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) said, “Biden should revoke Kerry’s access to classified information while the matter is looked into,” Politico reported. John Kerry defended himself on Twitter Monday night, “I can tell you that this story and these allegations are unequivocally false. This never happened – either when I was Secretary of State or since.” The reported leaked communication primarily focuses on “Zarif’s description of his rivalry with the influential and widely revered Maj. Gen. Qassim Suleimani, the late commander of the Guards’ elite Quds Force who the U.S. killed in early 2020,” Breitbart News reported. When the State Department was asked about the alleged conversations between Kerry and Zarif, spokesperson Ned Price declined to comment on the authenticity and accuracy of the Iranian official’s claims. “It was former U.S. Foreign Secretary John Kerry who told me Israel had launched more than 200 attacks on Iranian forces in Syria,”

Netanyahu: Israel Almost Done with Coronavirus Closures

Lockdowns are set to become a thing of the past for Israel, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday as more venues reopened as part of the government’s coronavirus exit plan. Netanyahu’s remarks came amid an ongoing vaccination drive. So far, almost five million Israelis — out of a population totaling 9.2 million — have received at least one dose of the Pfizer vaccine, and 3.8 million have received both. The contagion rate has dropped dramatically from 11 percent in January to 4.3 percent. While Health Ministry officials have not confirmed Netanyahu’s prediction Israel has entirely emerged from closures, they said on Sunday evening another lockdown before the March 23 national election was highly unlikely. This follows earlier remarks by coronavirus czar Nachman Ash who told an Israeli radio station the “possibility of reverse measures certainly exists.” People eat at a restaurant in the Israeli coastal city of Tel Aviv after authorities reopened restaurants, bars and cafes to vaccinated “green pass” holders.  Israel took another step towards post-pandemic normalcy, with about 40 percent of the population fully inoculated against the coronavirus.
