By Wayne Rohde Late last summer the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) reached a milestone that no one should be proud of. The total amount of compensation and fees paid out for injuries and deaths as the result of the influenza vaccine crossed the $1 Billion dollar threshold. This represents over 25% of the entire outlay from the Program was the result of injuries and deaths from the Influenza vaccine. This vaccine was only approved in 2005. I wrote about it here. PETITION FILINGS Now we are approaching another milestone, the total number of petitions filed in one fiscal year. The benchmark was notoriously achieved in 1991 with 2,718 filings and was nearly matched in 2003 with 2,592 filings. In 1991, the program required petitioners within a given timeframe for Hepatitis B injuries. In 1992, the petition filings dropped to 189 and remained steady until 2000. In the face of massive public resistance, so-called ‘officials’ have retreated from their unscientific and misanthropic propaganda tactics. Another round of record protests across in London (barely acknowledged in corporate media) has served as a bellwether for the surging distaste against several forms of public health Covid edicts.  After more than a year ignoring the data and science to lockdown the world, public health officials have begun reluctantly abandoning many of their heavy-handed tactics. And apparently, when it is convenient for our government to separate parental decision making and consent away from their children. Generally, when our government, law enforcement, and medical establishment discuss age of consent they are referring to sexual activity. The laws vary by state but generally between 16 and 18 years of age. These laws are very strict to punish the criminal act. The laws are designed to protect the fragility of our youth, of our children. Yet, our government and medical establishment are not about protecting the frailty of our children when it comes to vaccination. Even to the point of trying to sever the relationship of parent and child. Several state legislatures have introduced bills to lower the age of consent for minors to receive a vaccine. The District of Columbia enacted legislation in October 2020 to allow children as young as 11 years of age to receive a vaccination without parental knowledge or consent. It was a tragic necessity after the world witnessed the abominable atrocities of criminal medical experimentation enacted upon people during World War II.  IG Farben (later dissolved into Bayer, BASF and others), along with Germany’s Nazi party, brought untold horrors upon large numbers of people in the name of science, research and medicine.  Post-World War II, the planet enacted moral and ethical guardrails – codes of conduct that codified a ‘Never Again’ high-water mark of human compassion. The Nuremberg Code laid out basic principles which must be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts in the sphere of medical experimentation. For Dr. Jay Bhattacharya and Dr. Martin Kulldorff, the founding members of the Great Barrington Declaration along with Dr. Sunetra Gupta, warning of the devastating effects on short and long-term public health from lockdowns on October 4, 2020 continues to come to fruition. Over the weekend, Bhattacharya and Kulldorff wrote a piece in The Telegraph titled Lockdown proponents can’t escape the blame for the biggest public health fiasco in history. The public was assured a ‘robust’ safety net would be set in place to detect adverse reactions. Now that the shots from Pfizer, Moderna and J&J have been unleashed upon the public, we are learning the truth about the largest medical experiment in human history. The New York Times spotlighted the FDA’s struggle to get safety monitoring systems running. According to numerous federal health officials speaking to NY Times, the much-touted system the government designed to monitor any dangerous reactions won’t be capable of analyzing safety data for weeks. Or maybe months:  “F.D.A. officials acknowledged that a promised monitoring system, known as BEST, is still in its developmental stages. WHO has designated 92 low- and middle-income countries and economies eligible for support via the GAVI COVAX Advance Market Commitment (AMC) of the COVAX Facility. The COVAX Facility is co-led by the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), Gavi and the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations and alongside key delivery partner UNICEF. Its aim is to accelerate the development and manufacture of COVID-19 vaccines, and to guarantee fair and equitable access for every country in the world. Gavi, created in 2000 with start-up funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, is an international organization — a global Vaccine Alliance, bringing together public and private sectors with the shared goal of creating equal access to new and underused vaccines for children living in the world’s poorest countries.
